Chiron the Great Teacher goes Direct in Pisces on 30th November.
Chiron is a Comet as opposed to being a planet or star and it spends about 4 years in each zodiac sign. The good news is that on 30th November Chiron goes direct in Pisces which means that its position is in a forward motion within the Earth’s orbit. So what does this mean for us?
Chiron has rather an erratic and quite unique orbit. It was discovered as recently as 1977 by Charles Kowal and was known as Object Kowal (OK) before being symbolised as Chiron, the Wounded Healer and Centaur from Greek Mythology.
So what is the significance of Chiron being Direct in Pisces? Chiron represents the bringing out of full potential and when it is in the sign of Pisces, you will need to bring out your full potential in a deeply sensitive and impressionable way.
Chiron is the Great Teacher – it teaches us to find out what is essential, to reconcile opposites, to teach and heal holistically and to unlock our full potential. The answer lies in the piece that is missing from our lives, not what we already have!
So if you are already sensitive and impressionable, it may be that you need to be more careful about who you trust with your sensitivity and caring ways. Or if you have a deep level of mistrust, then you may need to work on your empathy and understanding to be more sensitive. It is through your adaptability, instinct and emotions that you will find the answers of how to reconcile differences and how to heal your spiritual wounds.
Chiron symbolises healing powers through our own deep spiritual wounds. Chiron teaches us to rise above issues of self worth and feelings of inadequacy and to use the potency of our ability to heal through our own deeply felt wounds to find our own unique potential. No one is you and that is your power.
So, from now until June 30th 2017, whilst Chiron is in direct motion, make the most of this incredibly useful influence in your life, I know I will.
Until the next time, Stephanie x
